How the process works:
1. Purchase your custom shot glass (discounts if you purchase 6 at a time of the same design)
2. Fill out the comments telling us what you would like for your design. If you have a photo or design already, please tell us that you are emailing it and then email it to [email protected] We will design the shot glass and send you a proof to your email for approval before making.
3. Once approved, we will make your shot glass(es).

Our warehouse staff will package all goods to our exacting specifications. Before shipping your items will be carefully inspected and secured. Note: Orders that contain more than one product are assigned a specific processing time, dependent on the particular product.
Prior to shipping, we will inspect thoroughly the items you've purchased. Today, the majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between 3 and seven days.
Returns
We do not control the inventory in our warehouse and factory. This means that the actual stock could change at any time. Please be aware that it is possible that your order could be out of stock after you've placed your order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days since the purchase.
The item should not be used and in its original condition. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
